The posting

  • Zorgen voor een volledig toezicht op het aanbestedingsproces, waarbij u uw betrokkenheid afstemt op de complexiteit van de behandelde dossiers;
  • Een passende onderhandelingsstrategie toepassen om de meest gunstige oplossingen voor onze klant te vinden;
  • De aankoopbehoeften van interne gebruikers in een vroeg stadium in kaart brengen, op basis van gegevensanalyse en regelmatige overleggen;
  • Een adequate marktopenstelling creëren door de interne vraag nauwkeurig in te schatten en tijdig voldoende belangstelling op de markt te wekken;
  • De technische en commerciële specificaties bijwerken op basis van de verwachte resultaten;
  • De lopende contracten gedurende hun gehele looptijd beheren, waarbij klachten worden afgehandeld en heronderhandelingen worden overwogen in nauwe samenwerking met de interne gebruikers;
  • Een strategische visie definiëren en uitwerken met betrekking tot de aankoop op lange termijn van bepaalde categorieën goederen en diensten, in overeenstemming met het vastgestelde inkoopplan.
  • Beschikt over een masterdiploma in industriële wetenschappen, toegepaste economische wetenschappen of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied, en heeft ten minste 5 jaar beroepservaring, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving;
  • Beheerst het Frans en het Nederlands perfect, en heeft een goed begrip van het Engels;
  • Beschikt over aantoonbare onderhandelingsexpertise;
  • Is vertrouwd met de softwareprogramma’s Coupa en SAP;
  • Heeft kennis van de procedures met betrekking tot openbare aanbestedingen, wat onmisbaar is voor deze functie;
  • Heeft ervaring op het gebied van technische inkoop, wat een extra troef is;
  • Beschikt over sterke schrijfvaardigheden, met name wat betreft het opstellen van contractuele documenten;
  • Toont proactiviteit, assertiviteit, diplomatie en een oprechte bereidheid om effectieve oplossingen te vinden;
  • Beschikt over een goede teamgeest, gecombineerd met uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om met stress om te gaan;
  • Heeft een goede beheersing van MS Office en andere kantoorsoftware, en gebruikt SAP om de inkoop efficiënt te beheren;
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs van categorie B.
