Strategisch adviseur openbare orde en veiligheid Domburg Functie omschrijving Voor de Gemeente Veere is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Strategisch adviseur openbare orde en veiligheid voor 24 tot 36 uur per week. Onze organisatie telt ongeveer 280 medewerkers. Deze medewerkers zijn verdeeld over zes afdelingen; Bedrijfsvoering, Openbare Ruimte, Dienstverlening, Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling, Maatschappelijke Ontwikkeling en Programma's & Projecten. Je toekomstige collega's ervaren korte lijnen binnen de gemeente Veere, een informele werksfeer, vrijheid, eigen verantwoordelijkheid en uitdaging in hun functie. Team Je komt te werken in het team van openbare orde en veiligheid. Onderdeel van team vergunningen binnen de afdeling Dienstverlening. Opdracht In deze strategische rol werk je op het snijvlak van beleid en uitvoering. Jij geeft richting aan het lokale veiligheids- en handhavingsbeleid van de gemeente, zorgt samen met collega's en externe samenwerkingspartners voor het behalen van resultaten en stelt prioriteiten. Dankzij jouw gevoel voor politieke verhoudingen kun je soepel schakelen tussen denken en doen en onderhoud je goede contacten met bestuurders, management, inwoners en samenwerkingsgemeenten en -partners. Ook als zaken complex zijn, weet je de hoofdlijnen te bewaken en de juiste afwegingen te maken. Je werkweek is veelzijdig en vraagt om flexibiliteit en overzicht. Voorbeelden van jouw werkzaamheden zijn: - Je neemt het voortouw bij het opstellen van een nieuw meerjarig veiligheidsbeleid en vertaalt de daarin benoemde doelstellingen naar uitvoerbare acties. - Je geeft vorm en richting aan de (integrale) aanpak van ondermijning. - Je monitort de voortgang van de prioriteiten gesteld in het lokale veiligheidsplan en maakt eventuele knelpunten tijdig bespreekbaar bij betrokken partijen zoals de burgemeester of de raad. - In samenwerking met onder meer politie en andere partners zorg je dat plannen niet in de la beland...
