Als Strategisch Adviseur Wonen bij Matchpartner werk je aan complexe en actuele volkshuisvestelijke vraagstukken bij gemeenten, provincies, woningcorporaties en andere organisaties binnen het ruimtelijk en maatschappelijk domein. Je adviseert op strategisch niveau over woonbeleid, woningbouw, betaalbaarheid, leefbaarheid en de toekomst van de woningmarkt. Je kunt via tijdelijke opdrachten aan de slag bij verschillende opdrachtgevers, maar ook kiezen voor een vaste positie binnen Matchpartner . Zo combineer je de afwisseling en inhoudelijke uitdaging van verschillende opdrachten met de zekerheid, begeleiding en ontwikkelmogelijkheden van een dienstverband. Voor ons team zoeken wij een ervaren Strategisch Adviseur Wonen die maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen weet te vertalen naar een heldere visie, verschillende belangen samenbrengt en bestuurders en organisaties helpt bij het maken van toekomstbestendige keuzes. Wat ga je doen? Als Strategisch Adviseur Wonen werk je aan vraagstukken die bepalend zijn voor de woonontwikkeling van gemeenten en regio's. Je kijkt verder dan de korte termijn en adviseert over de koers van het woonbeleid, de woningbouwopgave en de samenwerking tussen overheden en maatschappelijke partners. Afhankelijk van de opdracht houd je je onder andere bezig met: - het ontwikkelen en actualiseren van strategisch woonbeleid en woonvisies; - het adviseren over de lange termijn woningbouw- en volkshuisvestingsopgave; - het vertalen van landelijke en regionale ontwikkelingen naar lokaal beleid; - het adviseren over woningbouwprogrammering, woonzorgvraagstukken en gebied...
