Interim Strategisch Adviseur Wonen en Volkshuisvesting (24 uur) Interim | Gemeente | Zuid-Holland | Als Strategisch Adviseur Wonen en Volkshuisvesting verbind je woonbeleid, volkshuisvesting, woningbouw en gebiedsontwikkeling met elkaar. Je ontwikkelt een actuele strategische woonanalyse en werkt het volkshuisvestingsprogramma verder uit naar concrete beleidsdoelen, woningbouwprogrammering en instrumenten voor gemeentelijke regie. Project omschrijving Je adviseert over prioritaire woningbouw- en gebiedsontwikkelingen en vertaal je complexe woonvraagstukken naar bestuurlijke keuzes en concrete vervolgstappen. Je draagt tevens bij aan de samenwerking met woningcorporaties, ontwikkelaars en andere partners en adviseert over relevante financierings- en subsidiemogelijkheden. Verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen van een strategische analyse van woon- en volkshuisvestingsopgaven - Signaleren van kansen, knelpunten en prioriteiten binnen het woonbeleid - Verder ontwikkelen en concretiseren van het volkshuisvestingsprogramma - Uitwerken van gemeentelijke beleidsdoelen en woningbouwprogrammering - Adviseren over de inzet en versterking van gemeentelijke regie - Adviseren over prioritaire woningbouw- en gebiedsontwikkelingen - Vertalen van complexe woonvraagstukken naar bestuurlijke keuzes - Opstellen van bestuurlijke adviezen, collegevoorstellen en raadsvoorstellen - Voorbereiden van concrete vervolgstappen voor de uitvoering van het woonbeleid - Ontwikkelen van voorstellen voor samenwerking met woningcorporaties en ontwikkelaars - Verbinden van gemeenten, corporaties, ontwikkelaars en andere betrokken partners - Signaleren en benutten van relevante financierings- en subsidiemogelijkheden Profiel Je bent een ervaren strategisch adviseur met ruime kennis van wonen, volkshuisvesting en woningbouw binnen een gemeentelijke context.
