Für unseren Standort in Vogelweiderstraße 50, 4600 Wels für die Division Fiber Rope suchen wir ab sofort Persönlichkeiten, die so vielfältig sind wie die Branchen, für die wir unsere Produkte herstellen. 1 Strategische_r Einkäufer_in Dein Aufgabenbereich

* Strategische Verantwortung für die Warengruppen Fasern (Division Fiber Rope) und ausgewählten gruppenweiten Warengruppen sowie die Durchführung von Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmen in diesen Warengruppen

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Warengruppenstrategien unter Berücksichtigung von Markt-, Kosten- und Unternehmenszielen

* Analyse internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte sowie Ableitung geeignete Maßnahmen für Einkaufs- und Risikomanagement

* Strategische Auswahl, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten sowie Durchführung von Audits im internationalen Umfeld

* Eigenständige Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Abschluss von Rahmen- und Lieferverträgen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Entwicklung, Produktmanagement, Qualität und Logistik zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Materialversorgung

So überzeugst du uns

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (FH/Uni), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Procurement oder Supply Chain Management

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung (ab 3 Jahren) in der strategischen Steuerung von Warengruppen - idealerweise als Lead Buyer - sowie im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung internationaler Lieferantenpartnerschaften

* Strategischer Weitblick, ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein gutes Gespür für internationale Beschaffungsmärkte

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
