Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt möchten wir unsere Abteilung Einkauf am Standort Salzburg (Vollzeit) verstärken und suchen 1 Strategischer Einkäufer_in / Component Buyer (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung definierter Warengruppen sowie des Lieferantenportfolios

* Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lieferant_innen einschließlich Risiko- und Performance-Management

* Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen

* Einholung, Analyse und Bewertung von Angeboten sowie Umsetzung von Sourcing-Entscheidungen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und Projektteams zur Sicherstellung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen

* Erstellung von Auswertungen, KPI-Reportings und Marktanalysen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen

* Pflege relevanter Stammdaten sowie Unterstützung bei Einkaufs-, Bestell- und ERP-Prozessen (SAP)

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld

* Erfahrung im Lieferant_innen- und Projektmanagement

* Der Position entsprechend gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP)

* Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 15-20 %)

Arbeitszeit: 40-Stundenwoche, Gleitzeit
