Deine Rolle(n)

* Mobilitätskoordinator_in:

Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson, wenn es um die Organisation von Auslandsstudienaufenthalten geht ¿ für unsere outgoing und incoming Studierenden. Auch die Vertretung deiner Kolleg_innen meisterst du souverän

* Erasmus+ Beauftragte_r:

Du stellst sicher, dass alle Richtlinien und Vorgaben des Erasmus+-Programms im Bereich der Studierendenmobilität korrekt umgesetzt werden. Dabei hast du den Überblick und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe

* Berater_in:

Mit deinem Gespür für individuelle Bedürfnisse berätst du Studierende umfassend zu ihren Auslandsaufenthalten auf Deutsch und Englisch. Infoveranstaltungen organisierst und leitest du professionell und inspirierend

* Digital-Manager_in:

Du behältst die Prozesse im System Mobility Online im Blick, optimierst sie kontinuierlich und sorgst für eine effiziente und digitale Mobilitätsverwaltung

* Event-Planer_in:

Von Welcome Weeks über Farewell Events bis hin zu spannenden Exkursionen - Du gestaltest unvergessliche Momente für internationale Studierende und schaffst ein herzliches Willkommensgefühl

Deine Kompetenzen

* Du hast einen einschlägigen akademischen Abschluss (Diplom oder Master) oder eine Matura mit mindestens 5-jähriger facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Studierendenaustausch

* Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (ein Teil des Bewerbungsgesprächs wird auf Englisch geführt)

* Du bringst interkulturelle Kompetenzen und internationale Erfahrung mit

* Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Studierenden sowie hohe Serviceorientierung

* Du hast gute IT-Kenntnisse und bist bereit, dich in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten

* Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig, hast Teamgeist und bist zuverlässig

Deine Perspektiven

* Beschäftigungsausmaß: 100% (Vollzeit)

* Befristung: Karenzvertretung - vorerst ein Jahr mit Option auf Verlängerung

* Entgelt: mind. EUR 68.163,- Jahresbrutto (Vollzeitbasis). Die tatsächliche Vergütung richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung
