The posting

Voor deze Studentenjob in Nieuwerkerken zoeken we iemand die zal instaan voor het creatief afwerken van houten lijnportretten.

Dit kan je voorstellen als een foto van jezelf en je geliefde(n) die in houten contouren wordt omgezet als blijvend aandenken. Jij staat dus in voor de Machine- en productievoorbereiding, Afwerking en kwaliteitscontrole, verpakking en verzending.

Dat houdt het volgende in:

  • Helpen bij het klaarmaken van het hout en instellen van de lasersnijmachine voor productie.
  • Toezicht houden op de werking van de machine tijdens het snijproces (na grondige training).
  • Basisonderhoud en schoonmaak van de machine na gebruik.
  • Zorgvuldig afwerken en licht opschuren van de randen van de lijnportretten voor een perfect gladde afwerking en verwijderen van brandrestjes
  • Grondige controle van elk lijnportret op onvolkomenheden of foutjes
  • Niet-conforme producten apart leggen en rapporteren
  • Het zorgvuldig en met liefde inpakken van de lijnportretten, inclusief de bijbehorende marketingmaterialen, en zo klaarmaken voor veilige verzending of afhaal.

Voor deze functie voor een klein bedrijfje gaan we op zoek naar een Jobstudent die vanaf midden oktober 2026 voor 1 à 2 dagen per week aan de slag wil gedurende 8u/dag, al is dat flexibel bespreekbaar.

Belangrijk voor deze functie is het volgende: We zoeken iemand die met (bijna) evenveel liefde en precisie werkt als de huidige medewerkers en die zich herkent in onderstaande eigenschappen.

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Gemotiveerd & Leergierig: Je hebt een oprechte drive om bij te leren en nieuwe dingen te ontdekken.
  • Oog voor Detail & Nauwkeurig: Je bent kritisch op je eigen werk en ziet kleine imperfecties. Je werkt met precisie om onze unieke producten perfect af te werken.
  • Affiniteit met Hout of Design: Je hebt interesse in materialen zoals hout, of een goed oog voor design en esthetiek.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel & Maturiteit: Je snapt dat elk portret een dierbare herinnering is en gaat er zorgvuldig mee om. Je bent matuur genoeg om veilig met machines zoals onze CO2 lasergraveermachines om te gaan – veiligheid is uitermate belangrijk!
  • Zelfstandig & Proactief: Je kunt zelfstandig taken uitvoeren na een duidelijke instructie en ziet waar er werk ligt.
  • Flexibel & Betrouwbaar: Je bent flexibel in je beschikbaarheid (zeker tijdens drukke periodes) en we kunnen op je rekenen. Afspraken nakomen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • CNC-ervaring (pluspunt): Kennis van of ervaring met CNC-machines is een mooie troef, maar geen vereiste. De juiste motivatie en mindset zijn belangrijker!
