Als Student Recruiter maak je langdurige matches tussen talent en bedrijven. Dit helemaal in lijn met onze waarden:

  • Be bold and curious: je gaat proactief op zoek naar talent. Je gebruikt alles van onze interne database tot LinkedIn en andere slimme tools. Jij durft te experimenteren en denkt out of the box.
  • Own the outcomes: je screent kandidaten en zorgt voor de perfecte match met onze klanten. Jij hebt het proces in handen, van eerste contact tot succesvolle plaatsing.

  • Champion the customer: jij snapt wat onze klanten nodig hebben en zorgt voor een vlotte, professionele aanpak. Jij bent hun go-to persoon voor top talent.
