Als Familienunternehmen leben wir unsere Leidenschaft für Sanitär und Heizung seit 150 Jahren. In den Mein Holter Bad Ausstellungen verwirklichen wir tagtäglich Bad(t)räume für Kundinnen und Kunden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unsere HOLTER Zentrale in Wels / Oberösterreich eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als 1 Stv. Teamleitung Lager Bereich: Kommissionierung Großteile

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

* Überblick behalten: Du unterstützt die Teamleitung bei der Organisation - von der Aufgabenverteilung bis zur Urlaubsplanung. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Großteile-Lager.

* Mittendrin statt nur dabei: Du arbeitest täglich in der Kommissionierung und Einlagerung mit und unterstützt dein Team dort, wo gerade angepackt werden muss.

* Lager im Griff: Du behältst den Überblick über Lagerplätze, unterstützt bei Inventuren und sorgst dafür, dass alles am richtigen Platz ist.

* Sicherheit geht vor: Du achtest auf Ordnung und Sicherheit im Lager und sorgst dafür, dass alle Sicherheitsvorschriften eingehalten werden.

* Gemeinsam besser werden: Du nimmst an Teamleiter-Besprechungen teil, bringst deine Ideen ein und hilfst mit, Abläufe im Lager laufend zu verbessern.

Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn du

* eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik mitbringst und im besten Fall auch schon erste Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams gesammelt hast.

* einen Staplerschein sowie den Führerschein der Klasse B in der Tasche hast.

* Verantwortung übernimmst, dein Team unterstützt und auch selbst aktiv mit anpackst.

* den Überblick behältst, mitdenkst und Abläufe im Lager gemeinsam verbessern möchtest.

* genau arbeitest, zuverlässig bist und auch dann einen kühlen Kopf bewahrst, wenn's einmal stressig wird.

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 38.000,- (zzgl. Leistungs- und Teamleiterprämien) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung entsprechend der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
