Wie zoeken we? Als Supervisor combineer je leidinggeven met een scherpe blik op processen en resultaten. Je weet hoe je een team motiveert, spreekt mensen aan op verantwoordelijkheid en houdt ondertussen de KPI's goed in de gaten. Je voelt je prettig in een logistieke omgeving waarin systemen, data en automatisering een belangrijke rol spelen. Voor deze functie zoeken we een Supervisor met ervaring binnen een warehouseomgeving en aantoonbare leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid. Je hoeft niet jarenlang Supervisor te zijn geweest. Ook een ervaren Assistant Supervisor die klaar is voor een volgende stap komt in aanmerking. - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als Supervisor of meerdere jaren ervaring als Assistant Supervisor met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid - Ervaring binnen een logistieke of warehouseomgeving - Ervaring met complexe systemen, bijvoorbeeld SAP, ERP of WMS - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal - Bereidheid om in twee shifts te werken - Een analytische en resultaatgerichte werkhouding - Een coachende en verbindende manier van leidinggeven Wat bieden wij je?
