Welke taken mag je verwachten als Technisch Supervisor Wagens?

  • Wekelijks inplannen van de capaciteit en opstellen van de werkverdeling van het team;
  • Permanent bijsturen van de planning om in te spelen op de vraag van de klant;
  • Stellen van prioriteiten in de verschillende jobs en zorgen voor voldoende gekwalificeerde werkkrachten om alle taken uit te kunnen voeren;
  • Dagelijks communiceren, controleren en corrigeren van de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsinstructies;
  • Oplossen van complexe en/of structurele operationele problemen;
  • Het helpen opstellen van instructies en bewaken van een correcte uitvoering ervan, rekening houdend met de veiligheid en eindkwaliteit;
  • Opvolgen van het rendement, registreren van de gewerkte uren en het bestellen van de benodigdheden en verbruiksgoederen;
  • Veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en andere problemen dagelijks rapporteren aan de afdelingsmanager;
  • Oplossen van problemen in het team, je mensen motiveren, auto technische problemen oplossen;
  • Formeel en informeel coachen van de teamleaders en operatoren met respect voor de communicatielijnen;
  • Aanwerven van nieuwe medewerkers in opdracht van de afdelingsmanager.

Welk profiel komt in aanmerking voor deze leidinggevende functie?

  • Je dient in het bezit te zijn van een bachelordiploma in een relevante richting met een leidinggevende ervaring;
  • Vloeiend spreken en schrijven in het Nederlands en Engels vormt voor jou geen probleem;
  • Efficiëntie, innovatie en integriteit zijn eigenschappen die jou goed kunnen omschrijven;
  • Ervaring hebben in planning, coachen, organiseren is een must;
  • Kennis en ervaring hebben rond auto technieken is zeer belangrijk voor deze functie;
  • Verder heb je een goede kennis van het MS Office pakket zoals Word en Excel;
  • Eveneens ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen;
  • De geschikte supervisor neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het behalen van de cijfers.
