Voor een toonaangevende en internationaal actieve logistieke dienstverlener in de regio Geel (Kempen) zoeken wij een daadkrachtige Supervisor Warehouse. In deze dynamische sleutelrol combineer je operationele sturing met actieve coaching en procesoptimalisatie om samen met jouw team de logistieke doelstellingen te overtreffen. Je krijgt de ruimte om ownership te nemen, een sterke veiligheidscultuur te verankeren en continu te bouwen aan een performante magazijnomgeving.

  • Ervaring: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen warehousing, logistiek of supply chain operations.
  • People Management: Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en de gave om teams te motiveren, te coachen en naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Analytisch & Procesgericht: Je bent vertrouwd met KPI-gestuurde omgevingen en hebt een sterke affiniteit met continuous improvement (Lean/5S).
  • Systemen & Tools: Je hebt een solide kennis van MS Office (met name Excel) en ervaring met moderne Warehouse Management Systemen (WMS).
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent hands-on, zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om te werken in een stabiel tweeploegensysteem.
  • Teamcoaching & Leidinggevende rol: Je stuurt, motiveert en ontwikkelt de foremannen en warehousemedewerkers binnen jouw operationele zone.
  • Operationeel management: Je coordineert en organiseert de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten en waarborgt de vooropgestelde KPI's op het gebied van kwaliteit, productiviteit en service.
  • HR-verantwoordelijkheid: Je voert evaluatie-, opvolgings- en verzuimgesprekken en ondersteunt gerichte opleidingstrajecten voor jouw medewerkers.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je initieert en leidt verbeterprojecten (Lean-methodieken, 5S, Green Belt) om de operationele efficiëntie continu te verhogen.
  • Veiligheidsbeleid: Je treedt op als ambassadeur voor een veilige werkomgeving door het uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondgangen, risicoanalyses en awareness-acties.
  • Cross-functionele samenwerking: Je schakelt intensief met de planning, het operations management en diverse ondersteunende diensten om doelstellingen te realiseren.
