PMT Anlagenbau GmbH - Als Supervisor*in leitest du unsere internationalen Anlagenmontagen vor Ort. Du koordinierst das Team, hältst Termine und Qualität im Blick und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Baustelle, Projektleitung und Kund*innen.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams: 1 Supervisor_in für internationale Anlagenmontagen Du kennst internationale Baustellen und kannst ein Montageteam fachlich und organisatorisch führen?

Gramastetten, OÖ - International

Anstellung:

Vollzeit. 38,5 Wochenstunden im Rahmen einer 5-Tage-Woche (Montag bis Freitag).

Deine Aufgaben

* Montageleitung: Du planst die täglichen Arbeiten, teilst das Team ein und sorgst für einen geordneten Ablauf.

* Termine und Qualität: Du überwachst Fortschritt und Ausführung und reagierst rechtzeitig auf Abweichungen.

* Sicherheit: Du achtest auf Baustellenregeln, Sicherheitsvorgaben und interne Arbeitsanweisungen.

* Koordination: Du stimmst dich mit Projektleitung, Kund*innen, Sublieferanten und anderen Gewerken ab.

* Technische Klärung: Du löst Fragen anhand von Zeichnungen und Montageplänen direkt mit dem Team.

* Berichtswesen: Du dokumentierst Fortschritt, Personalstand, Behinderungen, Änderungen und offene Punkte.

Damit überzeugst du uns

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Anlagenbau und in der Führung von Montageteams

* Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und Montagepläne

* Weltweite Reisebereitschaft und die Bereitschaft, Projekte über mehrere Wochen vor Ort zu begleiten

* Solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Baustellendokumentation

* Klare Kommunikation, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Führerschein B

Vergütung & Bewerbung

Das Mindestentgelt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt derzeit € 2.885,76 brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation, Führungserfahrung und Einsatzbereich ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen.
