Voor een toonaangevend Belgisch bedrijf in de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een gedreven Supervisor magazijn. Je komt terecht in een dynamische en warme werkomgeving waar jouw inzet écht telt. Ontdek een rol waarin kwaliteit centraal staat en je gewaardeerd wordt voor wat je doet.

Wie zoeken we?

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van medewerkers.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen een magazijnomgeving.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: bereid zijn om zelf operationeel mee te werken.
  • Ervaring met of goede kennis van een WMS-systeem (Warehouse Management System).
  • Je kan fysiek zwaarder werk aan, werkt nauwkeurig en kan overweg met cijfers
  • Werken in een koude omgeving schrikt je niet af, wij voorzien aangepaste kledij
  • Je spreekt en leest zeer goed Nederlands

Wat bieden wij je?

Wat krijg je in de ruil:

  • Maandag: 06.00 – 16.00 uur. Indien gewenst, kan dit aangepast worden naar 07.30 – 17.30 uur. Dinsdag t.e.m. donderdag: 07.30 – 16.30 uur. Vrijdag: 07.30 – 15.00 uur.
  • Loon is bespreekbaar en afhankelijk van de relevante ervaring.
  • Een vaste plek in een warm en familiaal bedrijf. Bij ons ben je geen nummer, maar deel van de familie

Functieomschrijving

Operationele organisatie en opvolging

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de inkomende goederenstroom.
  • Coördineren van de ontvangst, controle en opslag van goederen.
  • Toezien op een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de goederen.
  • Opvolgen van de voorraadregistratie en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige voorraadadministratie.

Leidinggeven en personeelsplanning

  • Dagelijks aansturen en begeleiden van magazijniers en orderpickers.
  • Ondersteunen van medewerkers bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Meehelpen bij de personeelsplanning en werkverdeling.
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer wanneer de situatie dit vereist.

Kwaliteit, veiligheid en administratie

  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid in het magazijn.
  • Verzorgen van de administratieve opvolging.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's, targets en vooropgestelde doelstellingen.
  • Rapporteren van operationele prestaties, aandachtspunten en verbetervoorstellen aan de Warehouse Manager.
  • Actief meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de magazijnwerking.
