Voor een toonaangevend voedingsbedrijf in West-Vlaanderen zijn wij op zoek naar een Ploegverantwoordelijke Productie. In deze sleutelrol combineer je operationele verantwoordelijkheid met het aansturen van een team en draag je dagelijks bij aan een kwalitatief en efficiënt productieproces.

Jouw uitdaging

Als ploegverantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat de productie vlot, veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en bewaakt zowel de kwaliteit als de efficiëntie van het volledige proces.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het opvolgen van de productieplanning en het correct verwerken van producten op de verschillende productielijnen.
  • Het garanderen van de volledige traceerbaarheid van de producten tijdens het productieproces.
  • Het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van de productiemachines.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het signaleren van afwijkingen aan de kwaliteitsdienst.
  • Het opvolgen van het rendement en het optimaliseren van de productieflow.
  • Het aansturen, begeleiden en plannen van medewerkers binnen jouw ploeg.
  • Het onthalen en opleiden van nieuwe collega's.
  • Het toezien op veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Het opvolgen van reinigingsprocedures en hygiënevoorschriften volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Het correct invullen van productie- en kwaliteitsdocumenten.
  • Het tijdig melden van technische defecten of andere operationele problemen.

Jij voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten en weet mensen op een positieve manier aan te sturen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je communiceert vlot en neemt initiatief.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent niet bang om zelf mee te werken waar nodig.
  • Je hebt geen probleem met werken in de nacht!
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of voedingsomgeving is een sterke troef.
