Supervisor Productie | Technische Productie | Tot €70.000 + WagenIntroductie

Voor een innovatieve en sterk groeiende productieorganisatie in regio Roeselare zoeken we een Productie Supervisor. Je krijgt de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid over een machining-afdeling met een 20-tal medewerkers en combineert people management met productieplanning en procesoptimalisatie.

Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar voortdurend wordt geïnvesteerd in het machinepark, automatisatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Director en krijgt de ruimte om zelf verbeteringen te realiseren.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over de machining-afdeling en stuurt, coacht en motiveert een team van ongeveer 20 medewerkers.
  • Je organiseert de productieplanning en zorgt voor een optimale inzet van mensen, machines en middelen met focus op output, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert de werking van het CNC-machinepark en de robottoepassingen, met als doel uptime en efficiëntie verder te verhogen.
  • Je analyseert productieflows, standaardiseert werkmethodes en realiseert concrete verbeteringen rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit en processtabiliteit.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en stimuleert de verdere ontwikkeling van technische competenties, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere productieafdelingen en ondersteunende diensten en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Director over resultaten en verbeterinitiatieven.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als Productieleider, Production Supervisor, Productiecoördinator of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische feeling en hebt ervaring met CNC-machines; kennis van robotica of geautomatiseerde productie is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent een coachende en hands-on leidinggevende die medewerkers motiveert, ontwikkelt en verantwoordelijkheid durft te geven.
  • Je combineert organisatorisch inzicht met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak en behoudt het overzicht binnen een dynamische productieomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
