Supervisor Technische dienst 2pl - Oevel

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor onze klant, die lekkere ijsjes produceert, zijn we op zoek naar een supervisor voor de technische dienst.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Operationeel aansturen van techniekers
  • Opvolgen, bijsturen, ondersteunen en coachen van de techniekers tijdens de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Opvolgen van aanwezigheden, pauzes en regels.
  • Opstellen en beheren van werkorders, onderhoudsplannen en technische documentatie.
  • Coördineren van storingen, preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Meewerken aan storingsanalyse, onderhoud en rondes.
  • Coördineren van preventief en correctief onderhoud.
  • Dagelijks ploegenoverdracht
  • Bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Opvolgen ombouwprocedures en -tijden.
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten binnen de technische dienst.

PROFIEL

Jouw ingrediënten:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (Graduaat of Bachelor) in elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een technische omgeving.
  • Sterke kennis mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica, kennis van koeling is een pluspunt.Kennis MS Office.
  • Kennis van Lean / 5S is pluspunt.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en kan zelfstandig werkopdrachten voorbereiden en opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kan omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, denkt mee over verbeteringen en neemt initiatief.
