Jobomschrijving

De supervisor technische dienst geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van techniekers en draagt zowel operationele als technische verantwoordelijkheid. Hij/zij organiseert en coördineert de werkzaamheden, stelt de planning op, begeleidt en ondersteunt de medewerkers en zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling. Daarnaast zie je toe op de continuïteit van de productie door technische interventies nauwgezet op te volgen en snel in te grijpen waar nodig. Indien vereist werk je actief mee aan onderhoudswerken, herstellingen en optimalisatieprojecten om installaties en processen verder te verbeteren.

  • Techniekers begeleiden, bijsturen en ondersteunen tijdens hun werkzaamheden en hen actief coachen op de werkvloer.
  • Toezien op aanwezigheden, pauzes en de naleving van interne afspraken en veiligheidsregels.
  • Werkorders opmaken en beheren, onderhoudsplanningen uitwerken en technische documentatie correct bijhouden.
  • Storingen coördineren en het preventief en curatief onderhoud organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Actief meewerken aan storingsanalyses, onderhoudswerken en technische controlerondes.
  • Instaan voor een vlotte dagelijkse ploegenoverdracht en duidelijke communicatie binnen het team.
  • De voortgang en kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werken bewaken en waar nodig bijsturen.
  • Ombouwprocedures opvolgen en toezien op een efficiënte uitvoering binnen de vooropgestelde tijden
  • Een actieve rol opnemen in optimalisatie- en verbeterprojecten binnen de technische dienst.

Ben jij in het bezit van een technisch diploma (Graduaat of Bachelor) in elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of een gelijkaardige richting. Heb je daarnaast ook enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een technische omgeving? Lees dan snel verder!

  • Grondige kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica; kennis van koeltechnieken vormt een pluspunt.
  • Vertrouwd met MS Office; kennis van Lean en 5S is een extra troef.
  • Goed technisch inzicht en in staat om zelfstandig werkopdrachten voor te bereiden en op te volgen.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en een degelijke kennis van het Engels.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en goed in staat om te schakelen tussen wisselende prioriteiten.
