The posting

Voor een grote internationale logistieke organisatie zoeken we 4 Supervisors die het verschil maken op de werkvloer en achter de schermen. Afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur en ervaring kan je werken in:

  • Vroege ploeg: 05u – 13u
  • Middagploeg: 12u – 20u
  • Nachtploeg: 00u – 08u

Als Supervisor ben jij de schakel tussen strategie en operatie. Jij bewaart het overzicht op de vloer, begrijpt de processen achter de operatie en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap, cijfermatig inzicht en people management. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel arbeiders als planners (bedienden) en zorgt ervoor dat mensen, middelen en processen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Operationeel overzicht & procesbewakingContinu overzicht houden op de activiteiten op de werkvloer Processen analyseren en verbeteringen doorvoeren Zorgen voor een efficiënte logistieke flow
  • People managementAansturen, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers en planners Voeren van evaluatiegesprekken Creëren van een positieve, productieve werkomgeving Waken over veiligheid, welzijn en teamdynamiek
  • KPI’s & cijfersOpmaken, analyseren en opvolgen van KPI’s Rapporteren van prestaties en bijsturen waar nodig Cijfermatig onderbouwde verbeteracties uitwerken
  • Beheer van middelen & organisatieVerantwoordelijk voor gebouwen, terreinen, wagenpark en loods equipment Coördinatie met interne diensten en externe leveranciers Bewaken van het Operations/Support budget
  • Kwaliteit, milieu & beleidToepassen van beleidsplannen in de dagelijkse werking Beheren van het lokale milieuzorgsysteem Waken over kwaliteit, voortgang en naleving van procedures

Wij zoeken een leidinggevende met inzicht, niet enkel iemand die “de planning volgt”.

  • Sterk in people management: je inspireert, stuurt bij en durft beslissingen nemen
  • Procesmatig sterk: je begrijpt hoe de operatie werkt achter de schermen
  • Cijfermatig & analytisch: KPI’s, rapporten en optimalisaties schrikken je niet af
  • Proactief & verbeteringsgericht: je ziet kansen en onderneemt actie
  • Organisatorisch sterk: je bewaart overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
  • Taalvaardig: vloeiend Nederlands en goed communicatief in het Frans
  • Ervaring als supervisor of leidinggevende in logistiek/warehouse is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring in transport is een plus, maar geen must
