Voor een internationale logistieke organisatie in omgeving Rotterdam zoekt WerkCentrale Nederland een ervaren Supervisor Zeevracht Export voor 40 uur per week. In deze functie werk je samen met een compact exportteam van 4 collega's. Je geeft dagelijks operationele leiding, coacht waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat exportzendingen correct, efficiënt en volgens afspraak worden afgehandeld. Je bent zichtbaar op de afdeling, houdt overzicht, signaleert verbeterpunten en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. Daarbij combineer je leidinggeven met inhoudelijke kennis van zeevracht, exportdocumentatie, carriers, offertes en klantcontact. Wat ga je doen als Supervisor Zeevracht Export? ✔ Operationeel leiding geven aan een team van 4 medewerkers ✔ Collega's dagelijks begeleiden en coachen ✔ Contacten en afspraken met carriers beheren en onderhouden ✔ Samen met het team klantcontacten onderhouden ✔ Offertes opstellen en opvolgen ✔ Exportdossiers van A tot Z afhandelen ✔ Facturatie correct en tijdig verzorgen ✔ Zorgen voor een volledige en nauwkeurige administratie ✔ Werken met exportdocumentatie, Incoterms en basis douanewetgeving ✔ Tarieven beoordelen en commerciële afspraken bewaken ✔ Processen analyseren en verbeteren ✔ Nieuwe werkwijzen en verbeteringen aandragen ✔ Snel schakelen bij afwijkingen, vertragingen of operationele problemen Je bent dus niet alleen leidinggevende, maar blijft ook inhoudelijk betrokken bij de dagelijkse operatie.
