Nous recrutons un.e Supplier Customer Quality Engineer pour une entreprise industrielle spécialisée dans l'injection plastique à haute valeur ajoutée. Elle fabrique des pièces pour le secteur automobile depuis plus de 30 ans. Le parc machines comprend de nombreux systèmes automatisés et des presses à injecter réparties sur 45 lignes de production.

Vous rejoignez une centaine de collaborateurs dans un environnement moderne et innovant.

Vous dirigez et coordonnez toutes les activités qualité liées aux fournisseurs et aux clients.

Vous gérez les réclamations, pilotez les analyses de causes et les actions correctives, et garantissez le respect des exigences clients.

Vous êtes l'interlocuteur qualité principal pour les partenaires externes.

Vous collaborez avec les départements internes pour renforcer la performance fournisseurs, améliorer la satisfaction client et soutenir l'amélioration continue.

Vos responsabilités : Coordination Qualité Clients et Fournisseurs

  • Superviser la gestion efficace des réclamations clients et fournisseurs et coordonner les solutions appropriées.
  • Réaliser des audits produits et process impliquant clients et fournisseurs.
  • Maintenir la satisfaction client grâce à des actions proactives d'assurance qualité.
  • Diriger, coacher et développer l'équipe Qualité Fournisseurs/Clients.

Systèmes de Management Qualité et Environnement

  • Planifier, mettre en œuvre et maintenir le système d'assurance qualité de l'entreprise en conformité avec l'ISO 14001 et les normes applicables.
  • Préparer les rapports, analyses et audits externes liés aux exigences qualité et environnement.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les autres départements (production, maintenance, engineering) pour identifier et mettre en place des actions d'amélioration continue.

Support Qualité Produit

  • Superviser la bonne exécution du processus APQP, y compris la planification et le suivi des tests nécessaires à la qualification des produits.
  • Encadrer le processus PPAP afin de garantir la conformité des pièces aux exigences clients et l'obtention des validations nécessaires.
  • Assurer la bonne organisation des activités de métrologie, y compris les programmes de qualification pour le secteur automobile.

Support Qualité Production

  • Superviser les contrôles réception, les activités de tri et l'assurance qualité en cours de production.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production pour garantir le respect des standards qualité.

Coordination Interdépartementale

  • Assurer le rôle de relais entre les départements pour aligner les objectifs qualité.
  • Promouvoir une culture qualité dans toute l'organisation.

  • Diplômé en ingénierie ou en sciences.
  • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement industriel et dans la gestion de contrats fournisseurs.
  • Excellentes compétences en analyse statistique et en assurance qualité/core tools.
  • Connaissance approfondie des aspects techniques liés à la fabrication et à l'ingénierie.
  • Bonne connaissance des standards de contrôle qualité et de la conformité réglementaire.
  • Capacité à guider et améliorer l'efficacité des processus.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en coordination.
  • Idéalement, maîtrise d'au moins deux des trois langues suivantes : français, allemand, anglais.
