The posting

Voor onze klant in Schoten zoeken we een ervaren Operations & supply chain coördinator die de volledige operationele flow mee in goede banen leidt: van bestelling en leveranciersopvolging tot levering, documentatie en kwaliteitscontrole. In deze sleutelrol ben je het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers, expediteurs, transporteurs, magazijn en klanten, en zorg je ervoor dat processen efficiënt, correct en tijdig verlopen.

Je takenpakket is breed en combineert coördinatie, administratie en procesverbetering:

  • Opvolgen van bestellingen, leveranciers, productieplanning en levertermijnen.
  • Coördineren van containertransporten, importdossiers en logistieke stromen.
  • Bewaken van voorraad, backorders en leverplanningen.
  • Controleren van print proofs, artworks, verpakkingen, labels, barcodes en productspecificaties vóór productie.
  • Administratieve opvolging van retouren, klachten, aankoopfacturen en productdocumentatie.
  • Opvolgen van douane-, import- en transportdocumenten.
  • Beheren van verplichtingen zoals Fost Plus, Recupel, Bebat en Auvibel.
  • Actief meewerken aan optimalisatie, digitalisering en automatisering van de operationele werking binnen de onderneming.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne en externe partners en krijgt de ruimte om eigenaarschap te nemen, knelpunten te signaleren en mee te bouwen aan een vlottere en meer professionele werking.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een professional met ervaring binnen operations, supply chain, logistieke coördinatie of een gelijkaardige omgeving. Je bent iemand die sterk is in overzicht, structuur en opvolging, en die vlot schakelt tussen operationele dossiers, administratieve details en commerciële belangen.

We verwachten dat je vlot functioneert in een dynamische KMO-omgeving en dat je beschikt over de juiste mix van analytisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en communicatieve slagkracht:

  • Relevante ervaring in operations, supply chain, logistiek of import/export.
  • Ervaring met administratieve en operationele opvolging van dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Erg nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en sterk in prioriteiten stellen.
  • Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte mindset met een duidelijke sense of ownership.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om meerdere dossiers tegelijk op te volgen.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met Odoo is een belangrijke troef; kennis van Odoo 16 of een gelijkaardig ERP-systeem heeft een duidelijke voorkeur.
  • Inzicht in onderliggende bedrijfsprocessen en de bereidheid om mee te denken over verbetering en digitalisering.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een familiale KMO waar betrokkenheid, flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.
  • Vanaf juni tot aan september heeft deze firma de drukste periode. Je kan je verlof hierop afstemmen.

Beschik je daarnaast over ervaring met kwaliteitsopvolging, importdocumenten, productdocumentatie of internationale leverancierscontacten, dan is dat een extra meerwaarde.
