Jobomschrijving

In deze strategische functie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige end-to-end supply chain proces, waarbij je instaat voor de optimalisatie van logistieke stromen, voorraadbeheer, transport en kwaliteit. Je analyseert processen, zet verbetertrajecten op en vertaalt de bedrijfsstrategie naar een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte supply chain. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van het Europese distributiecentrum en werk je nauw samen met interne en externe partners om de logistieke werking continu te verbeteren. Als inspirerende peoplemanager coach en motiveer je je team, stimuleer je samenwerking en creëer je een omgeving waarin zowel medewerkers als processen kunnen groeien. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Site Manager.

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma binnen een relevante richting (logistiek, bedrijfskunde,,..)
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als leidinggevende
  • Je hebt ervaring in supply chain binnen een distributieomgeving
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je bent leergierig en besluitvaardig
