Achter elk afgewerkt product schuilt een sterk team dat elke stap in de supply chain vlekkeloos op elkaar afstemt. Om die samenwerking verder uit te bouwen, zijn we op zoek naar een Supply Chain Manager die mensen weet te verbinden, processen optimaliseert en mee de toekomst van de organisatie vormgeeft.

Jobomschrijving

Als Supply Chain Manager neem je de leiding over een enthousiast team van 6 medewerkers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor productieplanning, forecasting, aankoop, logistiek en voorraadbeheer. In deze rol ligt de nadruk niet alleen op operationele excellentie, maar vooral op het coachen en ontwikkelen van je team.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en krijgt de ruimte om het supply chainbeleid verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Je maakt het verschil als people manager

  • Je coacht en begeleidt een team van 6 collega's met uiteenlopende ervaring en expertise.
  • Je creëert een omgeving waarin samenwerking, eigenaarschap en open feedback centraal staan.
  • Je stimuleert medewerkers om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en zich verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Sales & Marketing en Customer Service.
  • Je neemt de leiding over afdelingsoverschrijdende verbeterprojecten.

Je bouwt aan een performante supply chain

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert de supply chainstrategie.
  • Je optimaliseert productieplanning, forecasting, voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Je tekent efficiënte goederenstromen uit tussen productie, magazijnen en externe logistieke partners.
  • Je bewaakt voorraadniveaus en neemt acties om SLOB te beperken.
  • Je beheert het supply chainbudget en volgt de resultaten nauwgezet op.
  • Je monitort de prestaties aan de hand van KPI's en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je zet verbeteringen om in resultaten

  • Je initieert en begeleidt digitaliserings- en automatiseringsprojecten.
  • Je werkt continu aan eenvoudigere en betrouwbaardere processen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat kennis binnen het team geborgd wordt via opleidingen, documentatie en back-upstructuren.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen supply chain, planning of logistiek, bij voorkeur in een productie- of voedingsomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende en haalt voldoening uit het coachen en laten groeien van mensen.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van planning, forecasting, voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Ervaring met SAP S/4HANA is een mooie troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke verbinder die gemakkelijk samenwerkt met verschillende interne stakeholders.
