Jobomschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige end-to-end supply chain proces, waaronder kwaliteitsmanagement, voorraadbeheer, transport en logistieke optimalisatie.
  • Vertalen van de groeistrategie van de organisatie naar een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte supply chain strategie.
  • Analyseren en verbeteren van processen en systemen vanuit een Continuous Improvement-gedachte.
  • Voorspellen van toekomstige behoeften en implementeren van verbeterinitiatieven binnen de supply chain.
  • Begeleiden van de transitie van meerdere bestaande locaties naar een nieuw Europees distributiecentrum.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte migratie van goederenstromen, systemen en logistieke processen.
  • Organiseren, optimaliseren en opvolgen van transportactiviteiten.
  • Selecteren, aansturen en evalueren van logistieke partners.
  • Opzetten, coördineren en opvolgen van tenders gericht op kostenefficiënte logistieke oplossingen.
  • Verbeteren van de samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen met een sterke focus op klanttevredenheid.
  • Aansturen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van het supply chain team als coachende peoplemanager.
  • Rapporteren aan de Site Manager.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bedrijfskundige of logistieke richting.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen supply chain of logistiek.
  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring binnen een distributieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van supply chain processen, logistieke optimalisatie en continuous improvement.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om relevante opleidingen en trainingen te volgen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, besluitvaardig en sterk analytisch ingesteld.
  • Je weet complexe problemen te analyseren en om te zetten in concrete oplossingen.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die medewerkers weet te motiveren en ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie en samenwerking.
