Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

* Einkauf & Beschaffungsmanagement

* Strategisches Lieferantenmanagement & Verhandlungen

* Bestands- und Materialmanagement

* Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen des Supply Chain Managements

* Supply-Chain-Koordination & Prozessoptimierung

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise mit Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

* Merjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbaren Position

* Erfahrung im operativen und idealerweise auch strategischen Einkauf

* Solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Lieferanten

* Sehr gute Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie Sicherheit bei Preis-, Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen

* Erfahrung in der Lieferantensuche, Lieferantenauswahl und Lieferantenentwicklung

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Lieferanten und Kunden

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

* Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen den Überblick zu behalten

* Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben
