Unique Office Waregem zoekt een Supply Chain Officer voor een bedrijf in Tielt.

Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een passie voor logistiek en transport? Wil je een sleutelrol spelen in de dagelijkse goederenstroom van een dynamische productieomgeving? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je volgt verzendingen op en bewaakt de leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Je monitort de voorraadnauwkeurigheid en signaleert afwijkingen.
  • Je ondersteunt orderpicking-, stockcontrole- en inventarisactiviteiten.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan verbeteringen op vlak van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen het warehouse.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse transportplanning.
  • Je onderhoudt vlotte contacten met chauffeurs, transporteurs en logistieke partners.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert transportdocumenten nauwkeurig.
  • Je detecteert en behandelt operationele afwijkingen zoals vertragingen, schades of ontbrekende leveringen.
  • Je coördineert de informatiestroom tussen warehouse, transport en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je bent een centraal aanspreekpunt voor logistieke vragen en operationele issues.
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie rond planningen, wijzigingen en lopende acties.
  • Je neemt deel aan optimalisatieprojecten en ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling van systemen zoals WMS en ERP.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent een gedreven professional die eigenaarschap neemt en graag meebouwt aan efficiënte processen.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in Supply Chain, Logistiek of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain of transport.
  • Ervaring met ERP- en WMS-systemen is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office, en in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht.
  • Je denkt analytisch en detecteert opportuniteiten voor verbetering.
  • Je communiceert helder en bouwt bruggen tussen verschillende teams.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een probleemoplossende aanpak.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en handelt snel wanneer zich uitdagingen voordoen.
  • Je blijft rustig en efficiënt functioneren in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je hebt interesse in digitalisering, systemen en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van bijkomende talen is een pluspunt.
