De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Supply Chain Officer?

  • Instaan voor een vlotte en correcte administratieve verwerking van productie- en logistieke operaties.
  • Fungeren als key-user en collega's ondersteunen bij complexe vragen of problemen binnen de systemen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met planning, productie, supply chain en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Operationele processen en systeemprocessen analyseren, op elkaar afstemmen en mogelijke verbeteringen identificeren.
  • Ondersteunen van collega's bij de implementatie en uitvoering van verbeteringsprocessen.
  • Opleidingen geven en medewerkers begeleiden bij het correct toepassen van processen en systemen.
  • Mee instaan voor een correct voorraadbeheer en complexere transacties zelfstandig verwerken.
  • Verbeterprojecten begeleiden op zowel operationeel als SAP-technisch vlak.
  • Verschillende stakeholders zoals operatoren, teamleaders en supervisors betrekken bij veranderings- en verbetertrajecten.
  • Projecten gestructureerd opvolgen in samenwerking met de productieleiding.
  • Ondersteunen bij de jaarlijkse stocktelling en bijdragen aan een correcte voorbereiding van de audit.

Medewerkers krijgen veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid en worden aangemoedigd om verbeteringen voor te stellen en actief mee te bouwen aan efficiëntere processen. Wie jij bent als Supply Chain Officer:

  • Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen een relevante richting.
  • Interesse in of kennis van productieplanning, warehouse management en RF-scanning.
  • Een eerste werkervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een mooie troef, maar geen vereiste.
  • Pragmatisch en hands-on ingesteld met een sterke focus op praktische oplossingen.
  • Probleemoplossend en analytisch sterk met het vermogen om verbanden tussen processen snel te herkennen.
  • Gemotiveerde doorzetter die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Zelfstandig in je werk en flexibel wanneer operationele prioriteiten wijzigen.
  • Sterke kennis van Excel en een goede kennis van Word.
  • Ervaring met SAP, specifiek de modules PP, WM of EWM, vormt een grote plus.
  • Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Voldoende communicatief en matuur om verschillende stakeholders mee te krijgen in veranderingsprocessen.
