Hier wordt naast half harde geitenkaas en biologische koekaas ook CleardMilk geproduceerd. CleardMilk is de grondstof voor veel geitenzuivelproducten, waaronder verse kaas en witte kaas. Dit doen wij met een team van 80 medewerkers. Amalthea biedt een uitdagende werkomgeving met continue nieuwe ontwikkelingen/ projecten. Vanwege aanstaande pensionering zijn wij op zoek voor de afdeling Supply Chain naar een fulltime: Supply Chain Planner Als Supply Chain Planner ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de vertaling van de lange termijnplanning naar de operationele planning op week en dag niveau. In deze rol ben je samen met het team de spil tussen commercie, productie en logistiek. Belangrijke doelstellingen zijn een tijdige beschikbaarheid van de juiste stroom melk, kaas en optimale benutting van de productiecapaciteiten en efficiënt te produceren planningen, alsmede het uitleveren van de klantorders. Bij onvoorziene productiestops of wijzigingen vanuit onze (interne) klanten breng je de impact in kaart en werk je, eventueel in overleg met de Supply Chain Coördinator, de verschillende scenario's uit. Op deze manier adviseer je de Ploegleiders en Hoofd Productie van de locatie. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Verantwoordelijk voor het realistisch en efficiënt inplannen van de productie van kaas aan de hand van historie, forecast en klantenorders. - Bewaken en controleren van productievoortgang en efficiency en afstemming hierover met de productieleiding. Bij afwijkingen/problemen adequaat reageren, de planning bijstellen en hierover schakelen met de keten. - Bewaken en controleren van de melkaanvoer, kaasproductie en kaasafvoer en het inzetten van zo optimaal mogelijke productiecharges. - Bewaken van de leverbetrouwbaarheid teneinde eventuele manco's te ...
