Met jouw scherpe MRP-planning, overzicht in de goederenstroom en goed voorraadbeheer houd je de balans tussen servicegraad, kosten en voorraadniveau strak in de gaten. Je schakelt dagelijks met leveranciers, onze fabriek in Frankrijk, het magazijn en logistiek, inkoop, de servicedesk, het projectenbureau, uitvoering, realisatie, de regio's en financiën om alles soepel te laten verlopen. Jij bent een onmisbare schakel in de keten en krijgt energie van afstemmen, vooruitdenken en verbeteren. Is plannen en overzicht houden helemaal jouw ding? Dan is deze rol jou op het lijf geschreven! ZO ZIET JOUW NIEUWE BAAN ERUIT: - Plannen, inkopen, forecasten en beheren van de supply chain in SAP volgens de MRP‑methodiek. - Coördineren van materiaalstromen voor installatie, onderhoud en vervanging van stadsmeubilair en digitale assets. - Intensief contact onderhouden met (inter)nationale leveranciers. - Zorgen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van onderdelen voor field service en servicedesk. - Monitoren en optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus (balans tussen kritische spare parts en werkkapitaal) samen met Magazijn & Logistiek en Financiën. - Voorkomen van out-of-stock en overstock situaties door het bepalen van veiligheidsvoorraden en bestelparameters. - Signaleren van verstoringen en snel schakelen bij storingen of spoedopdrachten. - Analyseren van masterdata en initiëren van verbeteringen in de supply chain. - Actief bijdragen aan afdelingsoverstijgende samenwerking en support. - Opstellen van rapportages en dashboards en analyseren v...
