Als Supply Chain Planner zorg je ervoor dat vraag, productiecapaciteit en voorraad optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Je bewaakt de continuïteit van de productie en ondersteunt een efficiënte goederenstroom. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van productieplanningen op korte, middellange en lange termijn
  • Vertalen van forecastgegevens en klantenvraag naar een haalbaar productieplan
  • Uitwerken van detailplanningen en sequencing van productieorders
  • Opvolgen en beheren van productieorders binnen ERP- en planningssystemen
  • Monitoren van de dagelijkse uitvoering van de planning en snel reageren op afwijkingen
  • Identificeren van risico's zoals materiaaltekorten, capaciteitsproblemen of voorraadoverschotten
  • Voorstellen van alternatieve scenario's om leverbetrouwbaarheid en servicelevels te garanderen
  • Intensief samenwerken met productie, logistiek, aankoop, kwaliteit, maintenance en productmanagement
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van masterdata binnen SAP en andere planningssystemen
  • Uitvoeren van analyses rond voorraadbeheer, lot sizing, capaciteitsplanning en S&OP-processen
  • Actief bijdragen aan continuous improvement projecten binnen supply chain en operations

Je bent analytisch ingesteld, houdt overzicht in complexe situaties en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische productieomgeving. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een masterdiploma in handelswetenschappen, bedrijfskunde, supply chain management, engineering of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Ervaring binnen productieplanning, supply chain planning, demand planning of operations planning is een sterke troef
  • Inzicht in productieprocessen, capaciteitsplanning en supply chain flows
  • Ervaring met ERP-, MRP- of APS-systemen zoals SAP
  • Een sterke kennis van Excel en andere analysetools
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders samen te brengen
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om beslissingen te nemen onder tijdsdruk
