Logistieke processen draaien niet op software, vrachtwagens of voorraad alleen. Ze draaien op de beslissingen die dagelijks genomen worden tussen sales, productie, customer service en leveranciers.

Binnen een internationale productieomgeving met meerdere Belgische vestigingen komt er wegens doorgroei een sleutelrol vrij die een directe impact heeft op de volledige goederenstroom. De organisatie combineert de slagkracht van een internationale groep met de snelheid en autonomie van een lokale onderneming, waardoor beslissingen dicht bij de business worden genomen.

Als Supply Chain & Procurement Manager stuur je niet alleen processen aan, maar bepaal je mee de richting ervan. Je brengt structuur in complexe logistieke stromen, optimaliseert samenwerking tussen afdelingen en vertaalt data, marktinzichten en leveranciersrelaties naar concrete verbeteringen. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om teams verder te ontwikkelen en digitaliseringsinitiatieven daadwerkelijk in beweging te zetten.

Supply Chain & Procurement Manager - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je stuurt de end-to-end supply chain aan en bewaakt forecasting, voorraadbeheer, servicelevels en operationele continuïteit over meerdere vestigingen heen.
  • Je leidt de supply chain- en customer service teams, ontwikkelt talenten verder en creëert een performante samenwerking tussen commerciële en operationele stakeholders.
  • Je realiseert procesoptimalisatie en procurement, onderhandelt met leveranciers en transportpartners en versnelt digitaliseringsprojecten binnen SAP-gedreven processen.

Supply Chain & Procurement Manager - Profiel:

  • Je combineert sterke ervaring in people management met een bewezen achtergrond binnen supply chain, logistiek of operations in een industriële omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over grondige kennis van SAP en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar ook Power BI, WMS- en TMS-systemen een belangrijke rol spelen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een mooie nice-to-have.
