Als Supply Chain / Purchase Specialist (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Einkaufsprozesse und Systeme. Von der Betreuung als Key User:in bis hin zur federführenden Mitgestaltung einer neuen Lieferantenplattform erwarten Sie abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben und spannende Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten.

Aufgaben:

* Federführende Gestaltung einer neu zu entwickelnden Lieferantenplattform

* User Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung neuer Einkaufsprozesse im SAP sowie interner Support für unsere Einkaufsfachabteilungen

* Erstellung von Kennzahlen und Reports zur Steuerung und Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen

* Ausarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Planung und Durchführung interner Schulungen

Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL/ HAK/ FH/Uni) mit Fokus Supply Chain oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung

* Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement sowie fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Einkaufs- und Supply-Chain-Prozesse

* Vertiefte SAP Kenntnisse; Key user von Vorteil

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit und hoher Serviceorientierung
