Krijg jij er voldoening van om uit te zoeken waarom iets niet werkt én ervoor te zorgen dat een klant snel weer verder kan? Dan willen we je leren kennen.

Bij CloudPoint maken we IT en telecom menselijk en eenvoudig voor KMO’s. Onze klanten willen niet wakker liggen van hun IT-omgeving. Ze willen vooral dat alles werkt en dat ze snel en duidelijk geholpen worden wanneer dat even niet zo is.

Daar kom jij in beeld.

Als Support Engineer ben je één van de eerste technische aanspreekpunten voor onze klanten. Je analyseert IT-problemen, zoekt naar oplossingen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging. Soms is dat snel gefikst, soms vraagt het wat meer speurwerk.

En laat dat nu net het leuke zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Support Engineer combineer je technische kennis met klantcontact. Je zoekt niet alleen naar een oplossing, maar zorgt er ook voor dat de klant weet waar hij aan toe is. Concreet:

  • analyseer en los je technische vragen en incidenten op binnen de afgesproken SLA’s;
  • ondersteun je klanten bij hun IT-omgeving en zoek je gericht naar de oorzaak én oplossing van technische problemen;
  • neem je ownership over je tickets en volg je deze correct op, zodat klanten niet zelf achter een antwoord moeten aanlopen;
  • communiceer je proactief met klanten en leg je technische informatie helder uit, ook aan mensen zonder IT-achtergrond;
  • documenteer je oplossingen en technische wijzigingen, zodat informatie en kennis makkelijk terug te vinden zijn;
  • werk je nauw samen met andere technische collega’s bij complexere vraagstukken en deel je actief kennis binnen het team.

Je staat er dus niet alleen voor. Loop je technisch vast? Dan kan je rekenen op de kennis van je collega’s. Omgekeerd verwachten we dat jij jouw kennis ook graag deelt

Wie zoeken we?

Je hebt een achtergrond in IT en bij voorkeur al ervaring met technische support in een professionele omgeving. Voor ons is vooral belangrijk dat je:

  • een stevige basiskennis van IT-systemen en netwerken hebt en logisch kan troubleshooten;
  • gestructureerd werkt en tickets en afspraken correct opvolgt;
  • helder en professioneel communiceert met klanten;
  • zelfstandig naar oplossingen zoekt, maar ook weet wanneer je een collega moet inschakelen;
  • technisch nieuwsgierig bent en graag nieuwe kennis opdoet.

Een IT-diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar relevante ervaring en technische kennis vinden we minstens even interessant.
