Notre partenaire, une sociététechnologique en pleine croissance, recherche unSupport Engineer L2pour renforcer son équipe IT et assurer un support technique de niveau 2 auprès de ses différents sites.

Support Engineer - Votre mission

  • Assurer le support techniqueL2et le troubleshooting des incidents liés aux systèmes, postes de travail et infrastructures IT.
  • Administrer et maintenirActive Directoryainsi queAzure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID: comptes utilisateurs, groupes, permissions, politiques et authentification.
  • Assurer le support et la maintenance d’uneinfrastructure IT multisite, en collaboration avec les équipes locales et centrales.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés àWindows, Microsoft 365, réseau, VPN et connectivité.
  • Participer à l’installation, la configuration et la maintenance des équipements IT, systèmes et applications.
  • Escalader les incidents complexes vers les équipes L3 ou les équipes spécialisées lorsque nécessaire.
  • Documenter les incidents, procédures et solutions afin d’améliorer continuellement la qualité du support.

Support Engineer - Votre profil

  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience enIT Support, System Administration ou Support Engineer L2.
  • Très bonne maîtrise deActive Directoryet expérience avecAzure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Bonne connaissance deWindows, Microsoft 365 et des environnements utilisateurs.
  • Bonnes bases enréseaux: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switches et firewalls.
  • Expérience dans un environnementmultisite ou internationalest un réel atout.
  • Esprit analytique, orienté résolution de problèmes et sens du service.
  • Autonome, proactif et à l’aise dans un environnement où plusieurs incidents peuvent être traités simultanément.
  • Français et anglais courants. Le néerlandais est un plus.
