Vollzeit - Graz

AUFGABEN

Unterstützung des IT-Servicemanagement-Teams in der Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten IT-Betriebs. Aktive Mitarbeit im User-Support, um interne Anwender:innen schnell und kompetent bei technischen Fragen und Problemen zu unterstützen.

Proaktive Serviceverbesserung

- Identifikation wiederkehrender Problemstellungen und Ableitung nachhaltiger Lösungsansätze

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Servicequalität und Effizienz

- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen nach ITIL-Prinzipien

- Mitarbeit an Standardisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen

Projektarbeit und Weiterentwicklung

- Eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten sowie Übernahme von Teilprojektverantwortung

- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien, Services und Betriebsprozesse

- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Knowledge-Base-Artikel und Support-Guidelines

- Wissenstransfer innerhalb der IT-Organisation

End User Enablement

- Unterstützung neuer Mitarbeitender im Rahmen des Onboarding-Prozesses

- Beratung und Unterstützung von Anwender:innen bei der optimalen Nutzung von Microsoft-365-Services und Workplace-Technologien

- Professionelle Kommunikation mit internen Kund:innen und Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen

PROFIL

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, IT-Service-Management oder Workplace-Management

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune von Vorteil)

- Gute Kenntnisse von Netzwerk-, Client- und Endpoint-Technologien

- Erfahrung mit ITSM-Tools, idealerweise ServiceNow

- Gute Kenntnisse von ITIL-Prozessen; ITIL-Zertifizierung von Vorteil

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Hands-on-Mentalität mit starkem Lösungs- und Umsetzungsfokus

- Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit hoher persönlicher Selbstständigkeit

- Motivation, bestehende Prozesse kritisch zu hinterfragen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
