Im Bereich People & Culture entsteht durch die Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors eine moderne, internationale HR-Systemlandschaft, die Prozesse vereinfacht, Transparenz schafft und die Zusammenarbeit über Ländergrenzen hinweg stärkt.

Als Teil des Program Operations Office unterstützen Sie eines der bedeutendsten HR-Transformationsvorhaben der Unternehmensgruppe. Durch Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Ihre organisatorische Stärke und Ihren Blick für Zusammenhänge leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Steuerung und Umsetzung des Programms.Gemeinsam mit internationalen Kolleg:innen und externen Partner:innen arbeiten Sie an Lös... 1 Support Program Management Officer:in SAP SuccessFactors Implementierung Gesucht wird für unseren Standort in 2351 Wiener Neudorf, IZ NÖ-Süd Straße 6 Obj. 16 Zentrale, für 38.5 Wochenstunden.

Aufgaben * In dieser Position unterstützen Sie unterstützen Sie die Steuerung sowie das Projekt- und Prozessmanagement der internationalen Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors. * Sie bereiten Statusreports, Planungsdaten und Programmdokumentationen auf und sorgen für eine nachvollziehbare Informationsbasis. * Sie schaffen die organisatorische und inhaltliche Grundlage für Workshops und Gremienformate und stellen eine professionelle Ergebnisdokumentation sicher. * Budget- und Forecast-Daten werden von Ihnen für das Controlling-Reporting aufbereitet und auf Plausibilität geprüft. * In Abstimmung mit den Workstreams halten Sie Meilensteine, Maßnahmen und Risiken transparent nach und tragen damit zur Programmsteuerung bei. * Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie bei der Pflegevon Vorlagen, Dokumentationsstandards und Kollaborationsräumen sowie bei der operativen Arbeit des Program Operations Office.

Qualifikationen * Sie verfügen über ein laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. * Erste Erfahrung in der Projekt- oder Programmarbeit bringen Sie bereits mit, idealerweise gesammelt imHR- oder IT-Umfeld. * Der sichere Umgang mit Office- und Kollaborationstools, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, sowie ein Grundverständnis von Meilensteinplänen, Maßnahmen- und Risikolisten werden vorausgesetzt. * Da Englisch die Projektsprache ist, verfügen Sie über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. * Interesse an HR-Digitalisierung, die Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in SAP SuccessFactors sowie eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus. Auch bei mehreren parallelen Anforderungen behalten Sie den Überblick und reflektieren Ihr eigenes Handeln. * Sie bringen eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 25 % Ihrer Arbeitszeitmit.
