Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Ter ondersteuning van onze IT-afdeling, kijken we momenteel uit naar een support & system engineer die infrastructuurbeheer combineert met eindgebruikersondersteuning. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s in het IT-team om onze organisatie én colora-filialen optimaal te ondersteunen.

Je komt terecht in een intern IT-team met twee servicedeskmedewerkers, één system engineer en een teamleader. Samen zorgen jullie voor een stabiele, veilige en moderne hybride infrastructuur (on-premises + cloud). Deze functie biedt afwisseling, directe impact en verantwoordelijkheid, en geeft veel ruimte om technische kennis verder te verdiepen.

Jouw takenpakket

Support & service

  • IT-ondersteuning voor interne medewerkers en colora-filialen
  • Analyseren, documenteren en oplossen van incidenten en service requests
  • Behandelen van applicatievragen (Dynamics 365, Tilroy)

Systeembeheer & infrastructuur

  • Beheer en configuratie van on-prem en cloud omgevingen
  • Beheer van Microsoft 365
  • Beheer van virtualisatie (VMware, Azure)
  • Netwerkbeheer: LAN/WAN, switching, routing, firewalls
  • Configureren en beheren van hardware: pc’s, laptops, printers, mobiele toestellen via Intune
  • AI-ondersteuning en automatisering

Security & continu verbeteren

  • Opvolgen van security vereisten en versterken van beveiligingsniveau
  • Monitoring van systemen en proactief beheer
  • Opvolgen technologische evoluties en voorstellen van verbeteringen

On-site & projectwerk

  • Occasionele installatie en ondersteuning op onze locaties (vb. netwerkapparatuur, switches, firewalls)
  • Bijdrage aan infrastructuurprojecten en vernieuwingstrajecten

Permanentie

  • De functie maakt deel uit van een wachtdienst in een rotatiesysteem binnen heel het IT-team.

Jouw profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Je behaalde een bachelor IT of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Kennis van Microsoft-omgevingen: Windows Server, Windows 11, Active Directory/Entra AD, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender
  • Ervaring met netwerktechnologie: LAN/WAN, switches, routing, firewalls
  • Je hebt ervaring met zowel klassieke serverinfrastructuren als moderne cloudomgevingen
  • Je beschikt over technische AI-basisvaardigheden: prompt engineering, API-koppelingen, resource management
  • Pluspunten: Kennis van PowerShell, Fortigate, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Clearpass
  • Je bent technisch breed inzetbaar, hebt een passie voor IT-infrastructuur en haalt energie uit het ondersteunen van eindgebruikers.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en je kan je professioneel uit de slag trekken in het Engels. Daarnaast heb je een goede professionele basiskennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent klantgerichtheid, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je functioneert goed in een team, maar je beschikt over de nodige mate van zelfstandigheid.
