Jouw rol Als Support Engineer combineer je technische support, training en productkennis. Je bent één van de technische aanspreekpunten voor onze internationale klanten en partners en ondersteunt hen bij technische vraagstukken rondom onze producten en systemen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie is het ontwikkelen en verzorgen van technische trainingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten en partners onze producten goed begrijpen, correct kunnen installeren en zelfstandig kunnen ondersteunen. Hiervoor ontwikkel en actualiseer je trainingsmateriaal, presentaties en andere ondersteunende content. Je verzorgt trainingen zowel fysiek bij klanten en partners als online via webinars. Ook bij de introductie van nieuwe producten en functionaliteiten speel je een belangrijke rol. Jij vertaalt technische informatie naar een duidelijke en praktische training, afgestemd op het kennisniveau van de doelgroep.
