Niet als los initiatief, maar als integraal onderdeel van onze strategie, innovatiekracht en toekomstbestendigheid. Als Sustainability Program Manager geef je richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze ESG- en duurzaamheidsaanpak. Je vertaalt strategische ambities naar een praktische roadmap, concrete projecten, heldere KPI's en betrouwbare rapportages. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met verschillende afdelingen, het managementteam en externe stakeholders. Je hebt geen hiërarchische verantwoordelijkheid, maar wel veel invloed. Jij zorgt dat duurzaamheid niet blijft hangen in intenties, maar onderdeel wordt van hoe we sturen, ontwikkelen, inkopen, produceren en rapporteren. Wil jij strategische impact maken binnen een internationale food-omgeving en bijdragen aan een duurzamere voedselketen? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat ga je doen? - Doorontwikkelen van de duurzaamheidsstrategie en roadmap. - Vertalen van strategische doelstellingen naar KPI's, beleid en projecten. - Coördineren van het duurzaamheidsprogramma en bewaken van voortgang. - Voorbereiden van business cases en besluitvorming. - Opzetten en verbeteren van ESG-dashboarding en rapportages. - Coördineren van CSRD- en ESRS-gerelateerde rapportages. - Volgen van relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder CSRD en EUDR. - Vertegenwoordigen van Sonneveld richting klanten, brancheorganisaties, auditors en ketenpartners.
