Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze systemen optimaal en veilig beschikbaar zijn voor de organisatie. In je functie als systeembeheerder kom je alle ICT-facetten tegen en verzorg je de 1e en 2e-lijns support richting de eindgebruikers. Je onderhoudt op een servicegerichte wijze het contact met collega's en vertaalt de wensen van de organisatie, samen met je collega's, naar concrete plannen en acties. Je bent onderdeel van het ICT-team van de Geurtsen Groep in Deventer, bestaande uit onze ICT-coördinator en twee systeembeheerders. Je biedt ondersteuning aan bedrijven binnen de Geurtsen Groep, waaronder o.a. Westerhof , BST Servicegroep , Gemini Techniek en Lastechniek Wilderink . Naar verwachting ben je twee dagen per week in Deventer aanwezig en drie dagen op andere locaties in oost Nederland, waaronder Denekamp, Hengelo en Haaksbergen. Jouw uitdagingen - Je verzorgt het algemeen dagelijks beheer van onze systemen. Jij houdt in de gaten of alles goed werkt en zorgt tijdig voor eventuele updates, back-ups en adequate beveiliging - Eventuele storingen, problemen incidenten en kwetsbaarheden los jij zelfstandig op - Je analyseert vraagstukken van gebruikers om de juiste technische oplossing te bieden - Je levert graag een bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling en procesverbetering van onze ICT-infrastructuur - Installeren en onderhouden van servers, werkplekken en printers Wat wij vragen - Een afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding richting ICT-beheer - Kennis van Office 365 en Azure - Kennis van Hyper-V en Fortinet is een pré. - Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie - Bereid om technische- en functionele kennis van ...
