Für unseren Standort in Waidhofen an der Thaya suchen wir ab sofort folgende Position: 1 System Architect (m/w/d)

Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

* Verantwortung für die Systemarchitektur von zwangsgeführten Relais und Universalrelais, die in industriellen Anwendungen eingesetzt werden

* Austausch und Besuche bei globalen Kunden, um Systemverhalten, Modularisierungsgrade und sich entwickelnde technologische Anforderungen zu verstehen

* Kombination von Technologie- und Anwendungsexpertise zur Ableitung von Systemarchitekturanforderungen

* Sicherstellen, dass Technologie- und Produkt-Roadmaps mit den Next-GenerationProdukten der Kunden sowie kurz- und langfristigen Technologie- und Markttrends (3-5 Jahre) übereinstimmen

* Analyse und Bewertung der wesentlichen Treiber für Produkt- und Technologielücken von TE sowie Ableitung optimaler technischer Lösungen

* Teilnahme an und Mitgestaltung von Standardisierungsaktivitäten, um Branchentrends im Sinne der TE-Strategie zu beeinflussen

* Erstellung von Anwendungs-Whitepapers zur Unterstützung interner Teams und für ein besseres Kundenverständnis

* Technischer Input für den Technology Radar, Produktausblicke/Roadmaps und PRDs

* Durchführung von Wettbewerbsbenchmarks und Bewertung neuer Produktkonzepte

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Ingenieurabschluss (BSc/MSc) mit über 10 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung; ein MBA oder ein dualer betriebswirtschaftlicher Abschluss ist von Vorteil

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Systemdesign innerhalb der Produktlinie und/oder der Komponentenlieferantenindustrie

* Solide Erfahrung im Systemdesign von zwangsgeführten Relais und Universalrelais über mehrere technische Disziplinen hinweg

* Kenntnisse relevanter Normen (IEC 61810-1, IEC 61810-3 bzw. Vorgänger EN 50205, IEC 60947-5-1, UL61810, IEC 60664-1, IEC 60335-1), TÜV-Anforderungen für zwangsgeführte Relais

* Expertise in Funktionaler Sicherheit und Sicherheitsintegrität (ISO 13849-1, IEC 62061), sowie Verständnis für Maschinensicherheit

* Starkes Branchennetzwerk über Kunden und Lieferanten hinweg; Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams (CTO, Produktmanagement, Business Development, Vertrieb, Normungsgremien etc.)

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch, Chinesisch oder eine lokale Sprache sind ein Plus

* Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte klar an verschiedene interne und externe Stakeholder zu kommunizieren

* Fähigkeit, starke Beziehungen zu externen Kunden und Branchenführern sowie intern auf allen Ebenen, in allen Disziplinen und Regionen aufzubauen

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben. Dieses beträgt je nach Qualifikation € 3.930,00 brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 14mal jährlich). Eine Überzahlung ist je nach persönlicher Qualifikation, Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung möglich.
