Deze internationale organisatie bestaat al meer dan 30 jaar in Europa. Ze willen hun klanten altijd een stap voor blijven. Dit bereiken ze door hun aanbod continu te ontwikkelen. Of het nu gaat om totaaloplossingen, software, hardware of services. Het aanbod voor klanten omvat een breed scala aan producten en diensten. Dankzij hun hoge mate van IT-expertise bieden ze ondersteuning voor zowel complete oplossingen als individuele producten en diensten. Zij zijn een complete IT-partner voor zowel B2B als B2C. De functie is te vervullen in de volgende provincies: namelijk Drenthe, Utrecht, Noord-Holland, Overijssel. De Functie: Als System Engineer zorg je voor de normale werking en beveiliging van de IT-omgevingen van klanten. Je lost problemen gestructureerd op, brengt gecontroleerd wijzigingen aan en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies. Dankzij jou kunnen klanten het meeste uit hun werkdag halen. Omdat je betrokken bent bij de organisatie, luistert naar hun wensen voel je je verantwoordelijk voor hun IT-omgeving. Jouw klantgerichte aanpak zorgt ervoor dat ICT binnen handbereik is. In de loop van je werk overleg je natuurlijk met je directe collega's of met een van de ITIL-proceseigenaren. Bijvoorbeeld om jouw bevindingen voor een complex probleem te bespreken of om samen tot een interessante oplossing te komen.
