The posting

In deze functie zet jij de lijnen uit voor een moderne IT infrastructuur over verschillende sites in de Benelux. Je combineert system engineering, netwerkbeheer en systeembeheer tot één rol waarin je technische puzzels omzet in heldere oplossingen voor eindgebruikers. Jij wordt het aanspreekpunt voor servers, netwerken, cloudoplossingen en businessapplicaties en werkt nauw samen met een ervaren ICT-manager die jou inhoudelijk coacht. Als je graag schakelt tussen projecten, incidenten en verbetertrajecten, sluit deze uitdaging goed aan bij je ambities.

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert IT infrastructuur: installatie, configuratie en onderhoud van hardware, netwerken, servers en operating systems op meerdere Benelux-sites.
  • Je werkt projectmatig aan onder meer domeinmigraties, VOIP-uitrol, netwerkoptimalisaties en verbeteringen in system engineering en network administration.
  • Je bewaakt de stabiliteit via monitoring tools en RMM, analyseert alerts en grijpt in voor business impact ontstaat.
  • Je stemt IT-oplossingen af op de bedrijfsprocessen en werkt mee aan de verdere evolutie van het centrale Business Central pakket.
  • Je houdt overzicht over diverse dossiers, schakelt met collega's en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor IT-vraagstukken binnen de Benelux.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor ICT of gelijkwaardige ervaring in system engineering, systeembeheer of netwerkbeheer.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in IT infrastructuur en werkt graag met omgevingen zoals M365, Active Directory (DNS/DHCP), VMware en Citrix.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, behoudt overzicht in drukke periodes en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende dossiers.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Entra ID, SQL Server, Aruba, Fortigate, SSL VPN, monitoring tools en een eerste notie van Business Central is een plus.
