Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Grafenschachen eine_n 1 System Engineer (M/W/D)

für eine Vollzeitstelle (38,5h).

Als System Engineer bist du für die lösungsorientierte Hilfestellung für Kund_innen im 1st, 2nd

& 3rd Level-Support verantwortlich. Im Team oder eigenständig bist du für die Umsetzung

von IT-Projekten bei neuen und bestehenden Kunden zuständig. Ein weiterer

Verantwortungsbereich liegt in der Unterstützung und in der Betreuung der bestehenden

IT-Anlagen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

º Administration und Optimierung von IT-Applikationen und Netzwerklösungen

º Sicherstellung der IT-Infrastrukturen

º Interner Usersupport

º Analyse, Dokumentation und Behebung von Fehlfunktionen (2nd & 3rd Level

Support)

º Beratung, Planung, Implementierung und Betreuung von Infrastruktur Projekten im Microsoft-Umfeld

º Betreuung, Konfiguration und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur mit

Schwerpunkt Windows Server/VMware, Storage und Firewall

Dein Profil - deine Gaben:

º Fundierte IT-Ausbildung oder entsprechende Zertifizierungen

º Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle

º Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse aller Microsoft Windows Server Administration (AD,

Terminalserver)

º Exzellente Kenntnisse in Microsoft Exchange / MS 365 / MS SQL

º Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungen (VMware / Hyper-V & Proxmox) und

Backup (Veeam/Synology)

º Erfahrung bei der Installation von Firewalls (Barracuda & Fortigate), sowie in der

Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Netzwerken und WLAN-Lösungen

º Zertifizierungen wünschenswert aber nicht unbedingt notwendig.
