Als Systems and Controls Engineer ontwikkel je modellen en regelingen voor SPM-meettechnologie bij een ontwikkelaar van metrologiesystemen in Rotterdam. Je werkt aan nieuwe meetmethoden voor de halfgeleiderindustrie en verbetert de doorvoersnelheid, nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid van de systemen. Daarbij begeleid je ontwikkelingen van concept en experimentele opstelling tot integratie, testen en ingebruikname. Functie-inhoud - Klantbehoeften vertalen naar systeemeisen en conceptontwerpen met specialisten in fysica, mechanica, elektronica, software en applicaties - Modellen en regelingen ontwikkelen voor nieuwe meetmethoden binnen een SPM-omgeving - Experimentele opstellingen aanpassen, prototypes realiseren en meetprestaties karakteriseren - Ontwerpverzoeken beoordelen op haalbaarheid en benodigde wijzigingen in de regelarchitectuur bepalen - Geavanceerde regelmethoden onderzoeken en kennis vastleggen via literatuuronderzoek, interne rapportages en patentaanvragen - Ontwerp- en materiaalwijzigingen adviseren en gebruikers ondersteunen bij storingen en aangepaste werkprocedures - Experimenten en klantdemonstraties ondersteunen, incidenteel buiten kantooruren Functie-eisen - Praktische ervaring met modellering en het ontwikkelen van regelingen - Ervaring met de stap van ontwikkeling naar integratie, testen en ingebruikname - Vaardigheid in het opzetten en uitvoeren van experimenten en het beoordelen van meetresultaten - In staat om ontwerpverzoeken te vertalen naar eisen aan de regelarchitectuur - Goed kunnen samenwerken met specialisten uit verschillende technische disciplines - Bereid om circa 5% van je werktijd te reizen en incidenteel buiten kantooruren te werken Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in Rotterdam - Een detavastconstructie - Samenwerking binnen een multidisciplinair R&D-team - Werk aan SPM-technologie voor veeleisende toepassingen in de halfgeleiderindustrie - Onderzoek naar geavanceerde regelmethoden en bijdragen aan patentaanvra.
