Zielsetzung der Stelle:

* Verantwortung für eine qualitativ hochwertige und ansprechende Choreografie aller Entertainment Programme * Verantwortung für die tänzerische Qualität bei allen Darbietungen * Wahrnehmung der Gastgeberfunktion * aktive Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung der ROBINSON Atmosphäre

* Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereich:

* Planung und Ausarbeitung aller Choreografien innerhalb des zweiwöchigen Programms in Abstimmung mit AL Entertainment * Probenleitung * Neuentwicklung von Tanz/Showteilen für ein abwechslungsreiches, kreatives Programm, abgestimmt auf die clubspezifischen Besonderheiten * aktive Mitwirkung bei den Programmen * Rollenverteilung unter Berücksichtigung der tänzerischen Fähigkeiten aller Clubmitarbeitenden, bei Gästeshows aller Akteure * Erarbeitung von Probenplänen und Durchführung der Tanzproben * Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Bühnenbild/Deko, Kostüme/Requisite, ARTelier und Sound & Light zur Abstimmung eines ansprechenden Gesamtbildes der Programme * Wahrnehmung der Gastgeberfunktion, aktive Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung einer gästeorientierten Betreuung * Weitergabe aller für die abteilungsübergreifende Abstimmung von Programmen erforderlichen Informationen (z. B. Probenpläne) an AL Entertainment * Einhaltung der Teamleitlinien, Teilnahme an den Teammeetings * Verantwortung für die Bereitstellung des erforderlichen Materials (Probe-CDs, MP3, o.ä., Textkopien, etc.) sowie Ausgabe und Rücknahme * Verantwortung für die Gewährleistung der Sicherheit bei Tanzdarbietungen * Integration in das Gesamtteam durch Kooperation und Mitarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen * Durchführung der ROBINlife Gastgeberaufgaben, z.B.: * ** Teilnahme am An- und Abreiseservice für die Gäste ** Durchführung von Kochaktivitäten ** Einbindung in das abendliche Show- und Abendprogramm
