Functieomschrijving

In deze rol draait alles om balans: je beweegt continu tussen de onderhandelingstafel, diepgaande data-analyses en het aansturen van de logistieke stroom. Je bent de spilfiguur die ervoor zorgt dat verpakkingsmaterialen altijd op het juiste moment, tegen de scherpste voorwaarden en via de meest efficiënte route op de site aankomen. Door de operationele administratie uit te besteden aan je assistent, behoud jij het overzicht over de gehele keten en krijg je alle ruimte om de inkoop- en logistieke strategie naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Concreet houd jij je bezig met:

  • Commerciële voorwaarden en langetermijncontracten uitonderhandelen met internationale leveranciers en transporteurs.
  • Diep in de cijfers duiken: prijsvragen modelleren, kostenanalyses maken in Excel en proactief besparingsvoorstellen doen.
  • Inbound logistieke stromen (containers, wegtransport, binnenvaart) afstemmen met externe partners en de interne operatie.
  • Werkzaamheden delegeren aan en coördineren van jouw vaste inkoopassistent voor de operationele orderverwerking en administratie.
  • Interne inkoopflows en het ERP-systeem (Business Central) efficiënter inrichten.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Een masterdiploma (bijv. TEW, Handelswetenschappen of Supply Chain) en 3 tot 8 jaar ervaring binnen inkoop of category management.
  • Je bent een zwaargewicht in Excel (data modelleren, marktanalyses) en hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen (kennis van Business Central / Navision is een pluspunt).
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Kennis van het Duits is een absolute troef.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen, bouwt duurzame leveranciersrelaties op en schroomt niet om initiatief te nemen in een dynamische productieomgeving.
