Als Berufseinsteiger:in unterstützt du deine Kolleg:innen mit neuen Ideen und festigst dein Wissen durch praktische Erfahrungen. 1 Talent Acquisition Assistant (m/w/d) Einsatzort: 8041 Graz

Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Unterstützung bei der Besetzung von Fach- und Assistenzpositionen in unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen

* Abstimmung von Anforderungsprofilen gemeinsam mit Führungskräften und internen Ansprechpartnern

* Auswahl und Betreuung geeigneter Recruitingkanäle sowie Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen

* Sichtung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungsunterlagen über moderne Bewerbermanagementsysteme

* Teilnahme an Karrieremessen, Recruiting-Events und Netzwerkveranstaltungen zur Gewinnung neuer Talente

* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Recruiting- und Personaldienstleistungspartnern

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HAS, Lehre oder vergleichbar)

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, HR-Bereich oder in einer administrativen Assistenzfunktion von Vorteil

* Interesse an Personalthemen sowie Freude am Kontakt mit Bewerber:innen und Fachbereichen

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Word, Excel und Outlook

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Strukturierte, genaue und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an administrativen Prozessen
